[Important Notice] Please Beware of Fraudulent Messages Posing as Reservation Confirmations

Thank you for choosing Air Terminal Hotel.
Further to our previous notice regarding fraudulent messages sent to some guests with reservations at our hotel, the provider of our reservation management system has announced that unauthorized third-party access to its “TEMAIRAZU” system has been confirmed.
According to the system provider, it cannot rule out the possibility that some guest information may have been viewed or obtained by an unauthorized third party. The provider is continuing its investigation to determine the scope and impact of the incident.
The system provider has also stated that TEMAIRAZU does not process or store guests’ credit card information.
Air Terminal Hotel is working with the relevant parties to determine which reservations and guest information may have been affected.
Fraudulent messages related to this incident have been reported via WhatsApp, WeChat, email, SMS, and other communication channels. These messages may ask guests to confirm their reservations, re-enter credit card information, make an urgent payment, or access a fraudulent website.
Air Terminal Hotel will never ask guests via WhatsApp or similar messaging applications to enter their credit card information or make an urgent payment.
If you receive a suspicious message, please do not click on any links contained in the message or enter any credit card or personal information.
If you have already accessed a suspicious website and entered your credit card information, please contact your credit card issuer or financial institution immediately and request appropriate measures, such as blocking your card.

- Confirm their hotel reservation
- Re-enter or verify their credit card information
- Make an urgent payment
If you receive any suspicious message or email, please take the following precautions:
- Do not open or access any URLs or links included in the message.
- Do not enter or provide your credit card details or personal information.
- Do not reply to the message.
